The manduca baby and child carrier adjusts to the size of your child, and can already be used from birth to about 5 years - without any costs for additional accessories.
This way you can carry your child either in front , on your hip, or on your back.

Gentle on your back and perfectly comfortable

With the manduca you carry your child very close to your body, without annoying fabric layers or metal frames; almost like with a sling.
The design is gentle on your back and the anatomically formed hip belt of the manduca child carrier transfers the weight from your shoulders to your hips.
The padded shoulder straps can be crossed on your back (carrying on front), as well as used straight in a rucksack style (front or back); as you please.

Fits always
 

Small women benefit from the threefold adjustable shoulder straps, sturdy parents from the variable hip belt. The belt can be worn either on the hip or around the waist due to its special anatomic fit. With a length of 1,40m it fits even really big moms and dads.

For a long baby wearing period

The manduca child carrier accompanies you and your child from birth to toddler years. The required accessories for that are completely integrated, easy to stow away, and can never be lost.
 

	For the very small (with seat reducer) Even newborns are safe in the integrated seat reducer, and can be carried right from the beginning (from 3,500g) in a manduca. The legs stay inside the carrier. The seat reducer is integrated on the inner side of the manduca and does not bother, when not needed.
	From approx. 3 months (without seat reducer) From approx. 3 months you can carry your child without seat reducer in the typical M-position (orthopaedically correct spread-squat-position). Either on front, on your side, or on the back. A hidden head and neck rest can be folded out , when needed. It helps keep baby's head safe, when he falls asleep. The baby's nose stays free at all times, so you do not need to worry about him suffocating under the hood.
	Fits up to approx. 20 kg (the back is extendable) For toddlers (up to a maximum of approx. 20 kg) the integrated back extension offers enough support for their back.

Naturally ecological

For the production only strictly tox proof materials are used:
Both the high quality, sturdy outer material (soft canvas made from hemp/organic cotton), and the inner layer (100% cotton) are especially produced and dyed for the manduca.
Even the equipment, like buckles, zippers, and padding material, meet the demands of future certifications.

We were allowed to test the manduca before its release.
