The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts

• for the delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines.
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, if the customer has unsealed the data/media supplied.

Right of withdrawal

You are able to revoke your purchase contract within 2 weeks without giving reasons. This should happen in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the respective goods, when you received the goods within this period. This term begins no earlier than upon receipt of this instruction in written form, but not prior to receipt of the goods (with repeat deliveries of the same goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not prior to performance of our duty to according to § 312c Abs. 2 BGB in connection with § 1 Abs. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV as well as according to § 312e Abs. 1 Sec. 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB-InfoV. The deadline for cancellation can be met by sending the cancellation or mailing the goods in a timely manner. Cancellation in text form should be addressed to:

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid revocation of this agreement each party shall return to the respective other party the benefits received, and as the case may be, benefits due to usage must be brought out (e.g. interest). If you are completely or partially not able to bring out the goods or if you are only able to bring them out in declined condition, as the case may be, we will ask for damages. This does not apply, when the declined condition is exclusively due to examination as it could happen in a regular store. You can avoid the liability for damages using the goods not as an owner and leaving everything undone, which could compromise its value. Package-transportable goods have to be returned at our risk. The customer bears the costs of returning goods up to an order value of €40.00, when the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. The buyer also bears the costs, when the goods have a higher value, and the trade-off or a part-payment is not fulfilled at the time of withdrawal. In any other case the returning of goods is free of charges to the buyer. Goods, which are not transportable as packages, will be picked up. Obligations concerning the refund of already paid purchase prices have to be met within 30 days. The period for you shall begin upon sending your withdrawal or the goods, and for us upon receipt of the latter.
